Warm tips:
1. Scrapping needs to be performed on the surface of the skin, and the suction is need to adjusted to level 1.
2. Change the position 1-2 minutes after sucking the skin. Do not suck the same position for too long.
3. The scrapping need to be done in one direction.
4. It is suggested that the cupping therapy set can be used with essential oils/olive oil.
5. After scraping only use again after the marks have faded in 5 to 7 days.
