Returns & Refunds Policy – Emedicacart

At Emedicacart, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we're here to help.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Newspapers or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Some health and personal care items


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Book with obvious signs of use

  • Opened media (CD, DVD, VHS, software, games, cassettes, vinyl)

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time to post.

  3. Contact your bank—there is often a processing delay.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser (the gift giver).

Return shipping address will be provided upon approval.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

If the item costs over $75, we recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service

  • Purchasing shipping insurance

We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking
